A funeral plan enables you to protect your loved ones against rising funeral costs. It also removes some of the stress at a difficult time when you have just lost your loved one. We cannot take away the pain you will feel at that time, but we can deal with the arrangements which can be challenging and unfamiliar, especially in a foreign country.
No, customers purchasing a Funeral Planning plan are not required to pass any medical tests, unlike many insurance products which will be rated and expensive, especially if you are older or have any underlying medical conditions.
White Doves Funeral Planning cover cremation only. However, all plans can be tailored for burial, although the customer will need to pay the additional costs including the purchase of a burial plot.
As a unique service to our clients, our funeral plans can be transferred into the name of another person. To do so, the plan purchaser needs to contact White Doves Funeral Planning directly and then the necessary changes can be made to your plan.
Yes. There is a 14-day grace period to cancel your plan free of charge.

For expatriates with property or assets overseas, with different legal systems, it’s essential to have a correct and locally compatible Will. This way, you can avoid leaving your loved ones with a lengthy and expensive legal succession process, and confusion as to your intentions. Also, valuable tax savings can be achieved with proper documentation.
The amounts paid by the client, in the form of deposit or lump sum, and, if applicable, by means of monthly payments, shall be applied, by express mandate of the client, to the future payment, in the name of the client, of provision by third parties of the funeral services included in said Plan.
If the plan is fully paid and your funeral is carried out by our nominated Funeral Director, there will be nothing further to pay for any of the services.
At the time of your death, the funeral director raises an invoice in your name, which we pay on your behalf. This includes all costs and taxes associated with your funeral and the registration of death, death certificates, urn etc.
Bear in mind this does not cover the cost of a wake or any celebration after the funeral.
We are not a UK company and therefore not regulated by the UK ‘s FCA. We do however follow the strictest of guidelines to protect our clients and as we are based in Europe, follow the rules of the European Union.
